These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of launch-stack.co.ukand any web design, AI automation, or related services provided by LaunchStack ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
About LaunchStack
LaunchStack provides web design and AI automation services for small and medium businesses, primarily in London and the UK. Contact: andrii@launch-stack.co.uk.
Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Introduce malware or disrupt site operation.
- Copy, scrape, or republish content without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Services and quotes
Descriptions, pricing, and timelines on the site are indicative unless confirmed in a written proposal or contract. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties accept a specific scope, price, and delivery schedule in writing (email is sufficient).
We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our expertise, capacity, or ethical standards.
Client responsibilities
When you hire us, you agree to:
- Provide timely feedback, content, and access needed to deliver the work.
- Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (logos, copy, images, data).
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule.
- Use delivered systems lawfully and in line with applicable regulations (including data protection where you collect customer data).
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, we may require a deposit before work begins. Late payments may pause delivery and incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
Intellectual property
Unless your contract states otherwise, upon full payment you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your business. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public business information shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose it except to deliver the services, comply with law, or with your consent.
Free Lead Leak Audit
The free audit is provided at our discretion for qualifying businesses. It is for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of results. We may decline or limit requests that appear automated, fraudulent, or outside our service area.
Disclaimer
The site and any advice we provide are offered "as is". While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any contract or use of the site is limited to the fees paid to us for the relevant project in the 12 months before the claim, or £500 if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, revenue, or data — except where such loss is reasonably foreseeable.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project contract as set out in the agreed proposal. On termination, you pay for work completed to date and any non-cancellable third-party costs we have incurred on your behalf.
Third-party links and tools
Our site and deliverables may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer if applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes to active client contracts require mutual agreement.
