Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 9 July 2026
This statement is made voluntarily by LaunchStack. As a small business, we fall below the £36 million turnover threshold that makes a statement mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish it because we take these issues seriously and want to be transparent about our approach.
Our business
LaunchStack designs and builds conversion-focused websites and AI automations for small and medium businesses, primarily in London and across the UK. We are a small team and work with a limited number of software and service suppliers.
Our commitment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, in every part of our work and our supply chain. We expect the same standard from everyone we work with.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain is short and low-risk. It consists mainly of established software and infrastructure providers, such as hosting, database, and automation platforms, along with occasional freelance specialists. We choose reputable suppliers who operate to recognised legal and ethical standards.
Steps we take
- Work with established, reputable suppliers and platforms.
- Engage any freelancers or contractors on fair, transparent terms with agreed scope and payment.
- Pay the people we work with promptly and fairly.
- Review this statement periodically and act on any concern that is raised with us.
Raising a concern
If you have any concern relating to modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business, please email andrii@launch-stack.co.uk. We will review every concern raised in good faith.
Approval
This statement is reviewed and approved by the owner of LaunchStack, Andrii Holovatyi.
